Backgrounds and ObjectsFor backgrounds, the published prices correspond to a drawing with a solid color, gradient color background or a simple design.
Adding complex backgrounds has an additional cost from 25% to 100% of the value of the commissioned style and size depending on the complexity.For complex objects the additional cost ranges from 5% to 75% of the original value of the commission.CharactersThe commission price will increase by 50% of the original value for each character you want to add.If the character(s) are very complex, this will have additional costs, these costs start at 5% of the original value of the commission.

Dashley= Artist}● Completion time: 3 weeks or more.● Delivery: High-quality digital artwork sent via email.● Rights: I reserve the right to refuse any commission. The client cannot claim the artwork as their own or use it with NFTs, crypto, or AI.● Prices: For personal use; contact for commercial use.• Failure to read or comply with the T.O.S will result in a declined commission.-CLIENT TERMSResponsibilities
● Must credit the artist visibly.
● Cannot alter, sell, or use the artwork for commercial purposes.Requests and Changes
● Specify details (expression, background, pose, etc.) in the form.
● Can change the character before starting; extra payment may apply.
● No refunds for unspecified details.
● Changes to the finished work require extra payment.Usage
● For personal use only unless specified.
● Commercial use requires separate conditions.
● No use for AI training or blockchain technology.-ARTIST TERMSResponsibilities
● Art style may vary slightly.
● Respectful treatment of clients.
● There's No refunds after starting the commission.Changes and Payments
● Simple changes to the sketch are free; lineart changes may cost extra.
● Detailed commissions may require extra payment.

-COMMERCIAL TERMSCommercial use applies if the drawing will generate you some kind of profit* whether it is monetary, in the shape of merchandise, or to promote yourself such as: Streaming, Twitch, Youtube, an online shop, Game Assets, etc.● Prices vary based on usage.● Processed via email; may take longer than personal commissions.● Digital content: 3-4 times original price.● Physical content: 5-7 times original price.● Artwork will be posted on my social media.-PAYMENT● Accepted via PayPal or VGen by invoice only .● 100% of payment after accepting the commission and before start working.● Full refund if you cancel before I start or if I cannot take your commission.● 72 hours to pay the installment after receiving the invoice.● No refunds after starting the commission.● No haggling; otherwise, the commission will be canceled.-WORK PROCESS^{Fill form > Contact > Paymet > Sketch (client approval) > Complete artwork sent}1.
